The problem
Due to the extremely restricted valley access and narrow single-track lanes at Lamorna Cove, it was logistically impossible to position a traditional skip at Clapper Mill without blocking essential access for residents and visitors.
What we did
We provided a consistent, long-term clearance solution over the course of an entire year. Our specialised tipper fleet navigated the tightest points of the cove to perform direct site removals, eliminating the need for stationary skips.
The result
Successfully removed 20.54 tonnes of waste, including wood, mixed waste, concrete, brick, tile, plasterboard, and rubble.
