Carbis Bay & St Ives
The problem
Managing waste for a high-density portfolio of 50+ luxury apartments with varying changeover days during the peak August season.
What we did
Developed a dynamic routing system that updates in real-time based on the agency's cleaning schedule. We provided bespoke branded bins and a dedicated "Guest Help" recycling guide for every property.
The result
Achieved a 100% "Empty Before Entry" record across the entire summer, resulting in a significant reduction in waste-related guest complaints for the agency.
